Our school has always adhered to the new pattern of international exchange and cooperation, which is open, systematic and overall. The school has always strived to accelerate the layout of international cooperation and exchanges and improve the level of international cooperation. Breakthroughs have been made in international cooperation projects, international talent training, and overseas training of teachers.

1. Carrying on organized exchanges and cooperation

In recent years, the school has maintained close ties with more than 20 foreign universities and research institutions such as California Institute of Technology and University of Sklade. Well-known foreign experts and scholars have been invited to visit the school for more than 10 times, and more than 10 teachers have gone to the University of Michigan and other overseas high-level universities in the United States to study.Additionally, faculty and students have participated in more than 200 international conferences and made presentations; two faculty members have served as editorial board members of international journals such as Information & Management; one faculty member has been selected as one of the world's top reviewers in 2019 and has been honored with the Peer Reviewer Award for the top 1% of ESI disciplines; and the school has been approved for five high-end foreign experts' intellectually stimulating projects.

2. Promoting international cooperative education in depth

The school has signed a cooperation agreement with the Business School of the University of Clyde in the UK and a "2+2" joint cultivation agreement for the finance major. On the basis of maintaining and expanding the existing international partnership, the school will further deepen the exchange and cooperation with the University of Cricket in the UK, and emphasize the continuity and substance of the cooperation. The two sides will jointly establish a master's degree program in Big Data Business Intelligence Decision Making, jointly build international courses, and comprehensively improve the international collaborative training capacity. The two sides will also continue to strengthen exchanges and cooperation with world-class universities and build a global cooperation network, so as to consolidate and improve the international reputation and influence of the college and create an internationalized talent cultivation environment.

3.Creating a Highland for Scientific and Technological Cooperation with Russia

In recent years, relying on the Russian-Ukrainian Research Center, the school has put forward policy recommendations and consulting reports on Sino-Russian cooperation, cold economy, high-end manufacturing, offshore equipment, etc., aiming to support the construction of the China-Russia Joint Laboratory of Polar Technology and Equipment for "Belt and Road" and provide high-quality consulting services for the construction of "Belt and Road" and the development of the local economy. The school has published more than 20 influential reports and received more than 10 instructions from provincial and ministerial leaders. In 2023, the school signed a strategic cooperation agreement with the Central Institute of Economics and Mathematics of the Russian Academy of Sciences. The agreement aimed to bring into play the advantages of both sides in basic research and talent training in the field of carbon peak carbon neutral, new technologies and new economic paradigms, big data and optimization of transportation and logistics. Additionally, the two sides have already cooperated in a number of areas, including sending each other's teachers and students to visit and study, forming international scientific research teams, and jointly applying for scientific research projects, to jointly promote the cultivation of high-end talents and high-level scientific research cooperation.
