Basic Information: The team was selected as one of the first batch of science and technology innovation think tanks in Qingdao in 2018. It mainly focuses on the frontier theory and practice of military-civilian integration, and promotes the development of civil-military integration industries and ship and ocean engineering industries. Based on the research team of military-civilian integration and sustainable development, it is jointly constructed with Qingdao Ship Technology Co., Ltd. and Qingdao Innovation Development Base.

Academic Achievements:

l 18 national-level projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation, etc., and received 9 awards at the provincial and ministerial levels of the second level or above

l Published nearly 500 high-level academic papers

l Published more than 30 books and textbooks

l Research results adopted and applied by multiple departments of the Heilongjiang Provincial Government and local governments
