Basic Information: The research team on intellectual property strategy and knowledge management was formed in the School of Economics and Management at Harbin Engineering University in 2005, and Intellectual Property Strategy and Management Center was officially established in 2012.

Academic Achievements:

l 9 national-level research projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation, etc., and 8 awards at the provincial and ministerial levels of the second level or above

l Published nearly 400 high-level academic papers and more than 20 books and textbooks

l Conducted evaluations of the National Intellectual Property Strategy Outline for 5 years and the 10-year review of the National Intellectual Property Strategy Outline in Heilongjiang Province

l Undertook multiple major scientific research projects related to naval equipment intellectual property, and the research results were adopted and applied by government departments such as the National Intellectual Property Office, Heilongjiang Provincial Intellectual Property Office, and Heilongjiang Provincial Commission of Industry and Information Technology
