Basic Information: The research team is based on the Russia-Ukraine Research Center, which is a national and regional research institution registered with the Ministry of Education in 2017 and included in the “Industry and Information Intelligent Think Tank” directory. It has established the Arctic Blue Economy International Think Tank Platform in cooperation with Northern (Arctic) Federal University in Russia, and is also one of the first 14 “Belt and Road” Joint Laboratories designated by the Ministry of Science and Technology.

Faculty: The team has 10 members, including 6 with senior professional titles.

Academic Achievements:

l Participated in the formulation of the “14th Five-Year Plan” for Sino-Russian cooperation in polar science and technology by the Ministry of Science and Technology, the planning suggestions for polar military-civilian integration by the National Development and Reform Commission, and the writing of the “14th Five-Year Plan” and medium- and long-term columns for polar and cold regions in Heilongjiang Province
