In order to continuously enhance students' global vision, cultivate their global competence, strengthen the coordinated linkage between the first classroom and the second classroom, and guide students to better understand the school's globalization strategy, School of Economics and Management recently invited NIU Tongli from the International Exchange and Cooperation Office to conduct a guidance lecture on internationalization. More than 100 undergraduate and postgraduate students participated, and Vice Dean LIU Tiansen presided over the exchange activity.

Vice Dean LIU Tiansen extended a warm welcome and heartfelt gratitude to NIU Tongli, and introduced the key measures taken by the school to promote the internationalization of teachers and students, and encouraged students to actively improve their internationalization capabilities and broaden their own development options with a more open mindset.

NIU Tongli provided an overview of internationalization development process of the university, and gave in-depth interpretations on the reason why it was necessary to integrate into internationalization, how to integrate into it and the benefits of internationalization for the students' development. In addition, NIU introduced various internationalization development projects of HEU and the important preparatory work before students go abroad. He emphasized that HEU attaches great importance to the construction of students' global competence and has provided diverse development platforms for students with different needs. He hoped that the students could effectively seize the suitable opportunities and find the internationalization development path based on their own development needs.

This lecture covered a wide range of aspects, and the common problems faced by the students were professionally answered by NIU. In the next step, HEU would continue to carry out a series of special support work in line with the internationalization development needs of teachers and students, comprehensively promote the international education ability of teachers and the international adaptability of students, and strive to make new breakthroughs in the key areas.
