In order to thoroughly implement the spirit of the university’s Fall Semester Working Conference, ensure the successful completion of the college’s "14th Five-Year Plan" and the sixth round of discipline evaluation cycle tasks, and scientifically map out the development blueprint for the "15th Five-Year Plan," the School of Economics and Management recently convened its Fall 2025 All-Staff Meeting. The meeting was chaired by Party Secretary Yu Yunliang, with President Chen Heng delivering key work arrangements. Members of the school’s leadership team, assistant deans, and all faculty and staff attended the meeting.

YU Yunliang conveyed the relevant recent directives from the university and put forward corresponding work requirements.
CHEN Heng comprehensively communicated the spirit of the university’s Fall Semester Working Conference, systematically summarized the achievements and highlights of work carried out during the summer break, and laid out key tasks for the new semester in areas including talent cultivation, scientific research, faculty development, discipline advancement, and student affairs. Chen Heng emphasized that the Fall 2025 semester represents a decisive phase for achieving the goals set in the "14th Five-Year Plan" and the sixth round of discipline evaluation, as well as a strategic starting point for drafting a new chapter in the "15th Five-Year Plan." He called on all faculty and staff to continue deepening their understanding, focus effectively on priorities, and fully commit to implementation. Adhering to the "Five Persistences and Five Emphases" operational principle, the school will precisely align with major national strategic needs, emphasize goal orientation, strengthen national demand responsiveness, and strive for quality and efficiency improvements. With "doubling efforts" as the rallying call, the school will strive to achieve a leap forward in its operational standards during the "15th Five-Year Plan" period.
HU Yuzhen, WANG Jun, and GAO Luan respectively provided specialized reports on key points for scientific research work, faculty safety education, and teaching priorities for the new semester.
